As stated previously we would also like to say again that NONE of the original architectural features of the church will be altered. The pulpit and altar rails will not be moved. The only change will be the relocation  of the wooden altar outside the altar rails and the rotation of some seats to face that new position.

Coffee Day in Ballyfore.

P.J and Brid Lynam are once again holding a Coffee Day in their house in Ballyfore. 

                On Wednesday 5^th March

In aid of Offaly Hospice and the Irish Cancer Society.

Once again it is an all day event and all support would very much appreciated.

Fr Liam would like to thank each of you for your prayers, support, and help at this difficult time. He will Continue to Celebrate Mass and minister to us on weekdays.

Fr P.J. Madden will support him by celebrating Mass at the weekend.

Saturday 1st February – Feast Day of St. Brigid
Special Feast Day Mass at 10.00am.

Monday 3rd February: Feast of St Blaise and Blessing of Throats After 10.00am Mass.

This position will soon become available in the Parish Office.
Duties will include managing general correspondence, coordinating church diary and events, and preparation of the weekly newsletter etc.
Word Processing and IT skills are essential.
This is a shared position requiring 3 days in the office from 9:00 – 13:00.
Salary to be agreed and will include paid holidays, PRSI contributions etc.
Applications will be confidential and must be in writing submitted in a sealed envelope, including a CV, to the Parish Office. Closing date for applications Wednesday 5th February 2025.
